Usually, a normal tourists who trekked for around 4-5 hours but those participants just finished the hike within two hours’ time.

The first part of the Mountain Trail Run in Tibet was begun in a village called Namgyel Shol near Gongkar Airport and from there, all the participants ran across a mountain pass called Jeshul La pass at the elevation of 5100m.
