Thank you!

Dear Dawa, Thank you for reaching out. Sorry for our late email but we have been very busy with work since we came back. It was our intention to write you a proper thank you and feedback email soon. The trip was great. The experience unforgettable. Tibet is a superb country, we fell in love with its history and its people which are real jewels. We loved the nature and we learned a lot about the religion. We enjoyed the cities and adapted well to altitude and rough conditions on the mountains. Regarding your agency and the service we were overall really satisfied, therefore thank you. The trip and its itinerary was very well organized, although really challenging (but that was our wish). The food and accommodation were good and we had a good taste of the real Tibet avoiding tourist spots. We were also really happy about the driver (Tasci) and the guide (Lun), in particular: - Tasci is amazing. Do whatever you can to help him to get his license back. He is a real guide, he knows everything (history and mountains), he is kind, he takes good care of his group, he speaks perfect English, he knows how to make customers happy and he always give 110% of his efforts to accommodate requests and provide super service. It is a pity that he is in this situation and you can tell he is also suffering for that.. From our experience, he is the right man for you to push your business and make your customers happy. He became a friend as he always knew / understood in advance what we needed / wanted. Please say hi to him and again, make everything that is your power to support him and to keep him with you - Lun was also good. Very different from Tasci I would say, a little bit "harder". His English was sometimes difficult to understand and his attitude not always proactive. However, he was kind with us and contributed to make our experience unique. According to our experience, we give you our word that we will support you and your agency by introducing you to all our contacts that may be interest in Tibet in the years to come. Thank you again and continue with the nice job that you are doing! Elena & Mao

Thank you!

Dear Dawa, Tashi delek!!! We have had a wonderful journey so far and were lucky to have great weather, too. We are so happy to have finally made the kora of Kailash. Chime and Jampa have also made our travels enjoyable and have worked hard to support our requests.   We are now in Ali, as you know, and still have about 1,500km to go.  Thank you for all of your work in making arrangements for this trip, and we look forward to new horizons on the road to Xinjiang!!! Thank you for your patience. Paula

Hi Dawa, I would like to also thank you and the rest of the team for an incredibly interesting and successful tour, one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. Please share these photos with Phuntsok and Shamba, and thank them again. Best regards, Andy 2015.10.30

Dear Dawa La, After one week back in Hamburg our thougts are still mostly with you and your wonderful country. Thanks to your great help in preparing and carrying out our 6 weeks journey to Yunnan and Tibet in september/october 2015, we will have a long and lasting recollection. Everything was perfect, we could enjoy all the beauties you had promised: Both the monasteries and the incredible landscapes. We had the good luck ( or the good Karma – as told us the guide) to see all the mountains, no rain, just a little snow, and practically allways sun. The only thing we missed: the normades had already dismantled their tents. Thanks to the good preparation to avoid the altitude sickness we could do the Kailash Kora and in the night we could sleep without problems (in spite of the cold in the guest houses). Drivers and cars were excellent; the guides also – especially Phunzok who has been with us for 33 days. Without him, his protection and his information things hadn’t been as perfect as they were. This journey required a good constitution, but all we have seen was worth it: Everest, Kailash, Manasarovar, Basumtso, Guge, valley of Thöling, about thirty important buddhist monasteries, pilgrims of impressive endurance, friendly people, barley harvesting farmers, lots of impressive pictures… Thanks again to you and your competent team and all the best for the future!
