China International Travel Mart (CITM) was kicked off from Nov 17th 2017 at Kunming, capital of southwest China’s Yunnan province. It was held in Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center. Representatives from China and foreign tourism industries took part in the program to discuss about the tourism development. Since its inception in 1998, CITM has gained huge popularity among tourism industries across the world and it is currently the largest professional tourism exhibition in Asia.
Tibet Shambhala Adventure being one of the 4 leading travel and Tourism Companies in Tibet, is proud to have been invited by the China National Tourism Bureau and Tibet Tourism Bureau at the exhibition to showcase and exhibit Tibet Tourism products and services. We are fortunate to have met our old partners in the CITM and discussed length about the development of Tibet Tourism. Tibet Shambhala Adventure also has built relationships with new partners at CITM this year to promote Tibet Tourism further. This Year at CITM, the China National Tourism Bureau and the Tibet Tourism Bureau aims to promote Tibet Tourism on a global level and to focus more on foreign tourists to visit Tibet next year.
This year’s CITM highlights China Grand Shangri-La Travel promotion, The Lancang-Mekong Tourism City development forum, The China-ASEAN tourism cooperation and professional fair for buyer and seller during the closing ceremony.
